Why a ventilation cap? Just curiosity on that. The way the left hand is positioned makes the shoulder look dislocated. I think she needs to be more prominant than the prop. Not a bad start though.

It is hard to make out the panhandler. You may do better to get closer to him and make him a larger portion of the photograph.

Hard to rate fairly. Since I do not know what your point is. Are you making wallpaper? or a background?? As a picture in its own right... well it is yucky. As a background not too bad.
