Aesthetically pleasing pose well framed and only her right foot spoils the foto a little. Perhaps her toes would have been better pointing forward.

whichever way you look at it , the exposure had to be correct and I think it is spot on.

A beautiful capture of the old world

What a beautiful shot. The colours are rich and yet give such a peaceful mood to the scene. A million miles away from all the torture in the world.

Any comments ?

Back to your better work Igor. Great aesthetics

Wonderful image Fred. Check out my "companions" photo in my single photos folder. Your creatures look like rams, mine were goats.

Taken in a village in Portugal.
Comments welcome !

Why all the debate on whether the pose is unflattering or not ? It could have worked but it just didn't. She definitly looks uncofortable and I feel it was more an "lets try something different shot" and it didn't pay off. I agree that it is below Igors standards.

Taken in a small village in the mountains of Cyprus. I pointed the
camera , she smiled , I took the photo and went on my way without
saying a word to each other. Would appreciate some views.

Thanks Mert for the advice. I am still learning how to save images and also to use programs such as photoshop so hopefully I will be able to post more pleasing work on the site.

Beautiful blues and golds Michael. A very relaxed feeling to the image as a whole, well framed etc. I also get wound up when someone gives poor ratings and doesen't give any comments or reasoning. As you mentioned I also checked Dilara Cakir and noticed he has no downloads so come on lads play fair this is definitely not a 2:2 photo.

This was taken in the Turkish occupied North of Cyprus. The place is
Kyrenia Harbour and it is as if time has stood still since the
invasion of 1974. Notice the poster inside the taverna !

WOW !!!It looks like a painting , in fact it would look superb in oil on canvass ! One of my favourite photos and probably would have got 7/7 if not for the birds at bottom of picture. Still an excellent shot , well done Sharif
