7.
I agree with David Triplett. I have a d810 backed up wth a d7100. The d7100 is a wonderful machine and I plan to use it until it dies on me.
-O

 13.
I agree with all of the comments made. One thing I have to add is that looking at the images it is clear that you have particulate material in the solutions at some point in your process. The distilled water suggestion might be the best one..

 14.
Another vote for the Nikon d7100. I use it as the backup for my d810 and it is fantastic. For the money you cannot do better.

-O

 16.
Clive:
Give the Epson Stylus Pro 3880 a serious look. It is a wonderful machine that produces gallery quality pigment prints.

-O

 17.
I agree with Rodeo Joe. The 17-55 is a superb lens and gets all of the info needed from the 24 mpx. of my D 7100. The sharpness and color are fantastic. I also have to admit that it is a load to carry around all day but was always worth the effort prior to the arrival of my d810.

-O

 18. Beautifully done. Where have you been? -O

 20.
The Nikon F3 is the finest SLR I have ever had in my hands and I have had a lot. The HP viewfinder for this camera is the icing on the cake;

-O

 21.
I would go with the 85 1.8. I own both lenses and the 85 is clearly better in that area.

-O

 22.
Ilford HP-5 was my favorite film for many years. I had no trouble with Alford liquid developer.

-O
