Remove the objects coming out of model's head or re-pose her from the start. That is an easy one to correct that every photographer should see. -
very nice composition... I like the diagonal. -
I would have re-posed her left let to be more in line with the flute.. guiding the eye -

I can feel the cold. a little more work in photoshop would make it pop - make it more on the bluish side and it would be freezing.
