I rather love to see a little less retouching. The figure lost all the details as Asim worked on the BW work. Specially the face. May be it's little too dark. Asim what do you think? BTW, swati, nice one here. Perfect composition after dropping.

Tuhin da, let's turn te ucche( this thingy) towards left and you will reveal the nice textures on its body. I think that will make this photo even better. BTW what is that light spot on left upper side of the picture?
  1. Tuhinda, I think it would be a better photo if you step back a little and capture the house completely. As you can notice the left side is cut in this frame. That would be a an image of this house. To capture the mood of this women, I think a closer look would be more appealing.
  2. Walk around with my friend for a subject and ended up spending an

hour without getting a right subject untill at the end of the day we

found this stable. Photo was taken just before sunset. Perhaps it is

not the best in composition for this litle wooden post in front of

the house. What you guys think? Comments most welcome.

Pradeep it's good capture, however it is lacking something, may be a subject. Obviously this is not an abstract photo and so I need a better focus on a particular subject. What do you think?
  3. Sorry if I offend you anyway. I was trying to help to make it a better picture. BTW, are these photos taken in a digital camera? if yes, you can use Gimp ( free programme, not like photoshop) to make better photos. As far as I know 99% photos need post processing to look better in our eyes. IMHO no camera is as good as our eye and post processing is a tool to fill up this gap.

JOba!! I can not see this here. BTW can you please turn off the date imprinting in your camera? it's distracting and bothersome if you want to enlarge your photo in future.
  4. Swati, a few things I woul dlike to add here. First those two ropes, just too distracting. Sometimes the only way around is walk a long way a get th ebest spot where they are not in the frame. Otherwise somehow in photoshop. Second is the angel of the shooting. I think a lower elevation of shotting position will make the tress smaller in size in comparison to the mountain. The flateness in color and contrast is there strongly in this photo just because you choose the wrong time of the day for photography. Looks like it's close to noon and that is th etime you should avoid unless you have no other choice. Otherwise use a circular polarizer to enhance the color.
