anytime shit like this happens,blame it on the camera,exposure,flash,film used,situation,processing,technique,lighting,camera shake,coffee,alchohol,drugs,asshole friends of yours,ME,camera manufacturer, or just something else,,, but NEVER INCLUDE GOD, he has no time for small time mistakes that you'd experienced.

IMHO, you should stop taking photos , it's bad for your health...and your future..... pc

Lam Chu, check this link out , everything you wanna know about Rolleiflexes 3.5F and 2.8F , same as loading film on your Rollei , in between the 2 rollers first , then to the slot in the vacant ,take up spool, then wind forward till you could see number 1 frame in the counter window. hope this helps ..... pc

oh BTW, show us the results be it good or otherwise.. it's interesting to know that most of these 50 yr old cameras actually produce better quality pics than the all auto ones of today. IMO , people were really more intelligent in those days anyway, coz they could produce something out of nothing,and made use of little that they have .

nowadays , most if not all rely on automation,batteries, computers (most of all) and think that they still did smth original (something no one else has ever done before) SAD !

the best solution would be to take it to the nearest canon service center,and let the pros do what should be done to get rid of that dark blotch that appears in your photos occasionally. assuming it's still under warranty?

there are instances that we could clean/fix/adjust cameras ourselves, but i don't think this is one of them... pc

cliff, yashimat 124 not the G is a good camera,but a lot of issues concerning rough film transport mechanism (noisy too)sounds like you're grinding coffee beans,, shutter sticking (even new), so i guess yashica mats are just a tad better than seagull TLRs. my suggestion again,, check this one out.. pc
