A casual wedding on the beach. The happy couple with a kiss.

I think your photo is great. I haven't shot athletics before, so I maybe a little off line here. I might suggest a tighter shot and perhaps from a lower viewpoint, slightly. This might lessen the distance between the further hurdlesand therefor decrease your DoF.

Hi Joseph, I was photographing this event in Sydney, and I am a little tired of the usual "spike and block" photos, so I was trying to get a different shot. Beach Volleyball gives you the edge over indoor for trying to capture "dig" shots, as you only have to concentrate on one player. Timing and patience are paramount for this sort of shot. Thanks for the question. Glen D

Thank you.

Yes I do weddings, as well as sport. Are you talking about the label on the windscreen? It is a good idea, I didn't even see it. Cheers Glen

Thanks for your thoughts.

Interested on your feedback on this... The blur in the lower right
is someones' head. Thanks.

Thanks guys for your thoughts. I was sitting at home and saw this fire ball outside my window, so I thought, being a photographer and a Firefighter it was too good an oportunity to miss.

Driver survived, but the boat didn't. The all too common horrors of
a fast and furious sport.

My Station, just not my day at work....

Nice thought. It was raining at the time, which sent me back inside. I'll try it next time, so thanks.

Just playing around with this. I thought it was nice, but the rain
prevented me from setting up properly.

Shooting Power Boats creates it's own issues..... It's rewarding for
the drivers to see how hard they push themselves.

Very nice.

UNfortunatly, the camera shake reduces the quality of the photo. I don't know if the car in the foreground was intended, but I think it helps.
