    Let me start with something quaint. Common form of advertising in Japan. This at Akashi JR Station. Leica M 240 + Canon FL 19/3.5 on an old Novoflex adapter.

    It's already October first somewhere, so let's do it FD, FL, R and wherever shooters! Show us your stuff! I've been having fun with three FL lenses, the 58/1.2, the 19/3.5 and the macro 50/3.5. I bought the last recently for about $20.00. I will be posting pix by and by but let me post this first.

    Summicrons are all good! For 50mm solo M6 or M7 with 0.85 magnification is perfect.

    Thank you! Built in panorama function. Same principle as widely, except photographer turns instead of the lens. A bit tricky.

    It's September, or nearly so, depending where you are. So let's do it FD, etc. shooters! Show us your photos! August was really good. So let us reprise our successes as autumn embraces us. My contribution is a panoramic shot out of my window made with my trusty FDn 70-150/4.5 zoom and a Fujifilm X-E2. Now that autumn approaches our sunsets have become interesting again. That's Shodoshima (Shodo Island) out there. I'll post the picture after I post this.

    Hi Jack! This is a great photo. You are an inspiration to me. Thanks for your mail. Try as I might I could not find the right channel to answer you. So let me do so here. It was truly good to hear from you again. Yes, photo.net has become quite messy. I know whoever made this mess meant well but it is still a mess. A perfect example of "progress" that has made something that was easy difficult to impossible to deal with. Would very much like to meet you some day soon.
