The lock mechanism and the lens flange tolerances were so close that a slight increase in

pressure when mounting the lens was needed. the lens does mount. Thanks all for the quick

responses.

Has anyone experienced this problem?, i just received a 90mm f/2 summicron that I purchased used, it

near new condition. The lens mounts to the bayonet on my M6 TTL and M3 bodies but the lens fails to

lock in place when it reaches the release button thereby simply dismounting without engaging the release

button. I would hate to return it but there are no repair facilities nearby and I don't want to incur any

further cost of repair. my 4 other lenses(12mm Voigtlander, 25mm Zeiss, 35 and 50mm nokton) all work

perfectly. Any advice/recommendation would be appreciated.

I will be purchasing a used Leica M3. Can anyone tell me the name and contact information for a Leica

refinishing/CLA service. I want the body refinished and new vulcanite applied and a comprehensive CLA.

I thought the maximum scanning resoultion (true optical resolution) was 4000dpi, how did

you scan @ 6000dpi? if you scaned at 6000dpi using interpolation that alone can also affect

the quality of the scan.

I've not had problems with deliveries from fotoimpex. European suppliers and dealers do not

like to ship liquid chemicals because of safety issues. Shipments of liquid chemicals is only

by sea carrier and delivery times can take up to 3 months. If you order make sure you order

enough

to justify the added expense.

One of the difficulties buying photo chemical from europe is shipping, which must be done

by sea carrier(for liquid chemicals) and takes months to deliver.

I would like to know if anyone can tell me how to determine the shutter count for my EOS 1DSII? I do not

have access to my manual and need the information as soon as possible.

I recently purchased a Voigtlander 12mm f5.6 lens with a 77mm filter adapter. Can anyone suggest an

appropriate center filter for this lens. I know about the fuji center filter for the GX617 90mm lens but can't

find one. Any information on which filter and where to buy would be appreciated, especially from someone

that uses the lens.

I am waiting for my Voigtlander 12 mm lens to arrive. The lens has an adapter to allow the use of 77mm

filters. I want to purchase a center filter with a 77mm thread and would like to hear from anyone that uses

this lens. What model center filter are you using?

Does anyone know where i can get information on cutting 105mm film rolls down to medium format width

and hand rolling the film?

I am interested in wide format 120 film cameras. I will most likely be getting a

fotoman 624 camera that uses large format lenses producing images that are a

6x24 format. I was advised to use a lens with enough coverage. Which

specification regarding large format lenses is most important in assuring

adequate coverage of the film area. I have a super symmar 110mmXL lens that i

was planning on using.

Has anyone used this camera? i am looking for feedback on this camera in

anticipation of purchasing one.

I am looking into different developers to use with Adox CMS 20 film. I am perticularly interested in

developers that are available readily in the US. I would appreciate input from photo.net members as to

their developer choice and times.
