I really like it overall, but something is very artificial around the lower half of the child, and it is distracting. The high aesthetic marks may indicate no one else even notices. Otherwise the aesthetic is wonderful. I consider the border a separate issue, and would opt for a simpler one, with such a powerful image. J.

The eyes work well as the focal point. I assume you purposely put the slide out of focus, which gives this image a sense of reality. Very nice 3D effect. J. -

The image is really small and with poor resolution. The reflection and composition are well done, but the trash isn't prominent to me. The connection of the subject to the trash isn't really there. I also think that cropping the feet off might have strengthened the image overall, but losing the lighter gray in the upper left might have hurt. Hard call. J. -
