    Not sure why the dark on the right. It was there in the negative. The summicron 35mm doesn't tend to do that. It may be the darker vegetation reflected to darken the waters. I tried some dodgin in gimp but could not lighten it enough.

     

    I try for as much doumentary-effect as possible and so prefer the wider view of the Island, despite the benefit of a tighter crop here. I did manage to show up at the time of day when the setting sun struck it well.
