Not sure what it is. Look in the shadow below crow, this area should be denser, but with the detail. Since you used a polarizer, I wonder if it needed to be turned 90 degrees to darken that sky. Otherwise, love it.

I like the basic photo. I find slightly annoying the washed out or milkiness of the b&w. I am not sure, but either no lens hood was used or the method of scanning caused it. More contrast might help. Perhaps a gamma-tweaking. Otherwise very nice subject.

for the comments about London. I like this photo. Don't know which ones are the teak trees, perhaps all, but it has expanse.

Perfect Purple Porch

I like the photo. I don't believe the E-10 caught the perfect purple. Maybe the white-balance needed adjusting. Without the subject, I wouldn't have said this about the purple, except it just doesn't stand out to me as tremendously purple, if at all. Maybe I am going color blind.
I have the same camera and am still learning about it. I notice that in the second highest setting that a blow can go easily 11x17, so if this was taken at that hsq setting, I believe this photo would make a dyno blow up.
