Personal opinion - the harsh light doesn't suit the delicate subjects (a diffuse light source would be more applicable?) and the border makes things look over-worked....plain and simple would be better?
-
A touch more ambient light would have made this a stunning shot
-
Blur on lower right is distracting
-
A creative and powerful composition - I like the way the horse and rider have motion blur
-
I think we need to see more detail on the figure
-
Shallower Depth-of-Field to help the subject stand out from his surroundings?
-
Cute kids but to get the most out of your subjects you should avoid using an on-camera flash - it makes the lighting too harsh and unflattering.

The contrast in the two swathes of blue colour is fantastic but I think we need something to draw the eye "into" the photo and/or have some greater emphasis on foreground detail. I think as it is you've recorded the scene rather than make a picture.

For me the dark mass on the mid-right is too "heavy" for the shot.....if we could see more of its outline I'm sure it give a more satisfying result. I do like the rflections of the sand however...wondering if you could have gone for a lower angle and made more of them?

Interesting scene, but a little too contrasty for me.

..sort of - I think it'd look better with less blue cast.. I do like the composition.
-
I think you should concentrate more on the centre of the flower - the petal close to the camera on the right is too intrusive and distracting.
-
Amusing shot! It would be stronger if you could get a greater 3d effect from the face...as it it it appears to be a face stuck onto the egg (absolutely no idea how to do that unfortunately!)

I find the blank sky a bit, well, blank.

Great snapshot

A strong composition..brings to mind shots of refugee camps. Excellent use of the fence in the composition.

Walking passed the Flat Iron building in NYC we noticed several
manikins filling the pavement in front of the building....best guess
is that somebody was filming a promo video. I particlarly liked the
contrast between the central manikin and the bearded man on the right.

Subject is a bit centralised...might have been better to leave some space in front of the dinghy to "see" where they were heading.

Great composition - the two primary figures work well together, but I think the shot could do with lightening a touch - after all it appears to have been shot on a bright day.
Louise enjoying fresh air ...
