Nice subject, but there is too much going on with the flowers and the butterfly. You may want to try and islote the subject more.

One of your best images. I was there a few months ago but I think just this iamge of yours beats all of mine! Great job. I know the sharpness can be improved, but I think that may require a $3,000 lens!

I think this image works because you have the insect on a leaf rather than a finger. The colors stand out and so does the outline because of the clean blue background. Good job! If you want to learn, then learn from the ones that you got right- THIS one for instance!

This one is one of your best photos. I think it would have been better if the focus was on the eyes instead of the shirt (at times, I have purposely defocused the whole image in P/S to make it more pleasing). Hope that helps. ...good eye for images!

I think of all the images, I like this one the best!! The top part is a bit out of focus, but the bottom part more than makes up for it!! :)

Pulok, Thanks for that. I will check the original (12-bit file) to see if I can tone down the highlights some and re-post. Got caught in thier faces and nver looked at the exposure well. :)
