Dropped into your gallery because of stumbling onto your recent "Tremenont Creek" photo. This one's eye-catching too. Perfect perspective/composition.
Regards,
Peter.

Robert, this is excellent. Love the way the light fades into the distance and the colour morphs into yellows. Don't know if that's fog or post-processing but either way it's excellent. Congrats.

George - all your work is superb, but this one has especially intriguing aspects. I was about to skim by it, then I saw the frog in the background. It's in some ways a minor element, yet it transforms the whole image, breaking up what might otherwise have been a less interesting symmetry of circles. Lovely.

Funny, funny. And a belated happy Thanksgiving to you too.

Hello Saad, the photograph is superb. The message (at least to me) is chilling: of how the authorities like to control by fear and the threat of violence.
Oof. Well done.
Peter.

George - he's a very funny cat. Thanks for noticing. You take care too. - Peter.

Giangiorgio, - you are always generous in your comments and praise, beyond what I deserve. Thank you sincerely - grazie maestro.

Pierre, many thanks. As with all the others in this series, the main painting is not mine . I merely insert an out-of-place cat in the style of the original - as best I can. I don't always succeed, but in this one and the Csezanne I think I matched the painters' styles reasonably.
Many thanks for your comments, as always they are much appreciated.
Best regards to you, Pierre.

Pierre - you're going to make me shudder every time I get into a car now.

Stunning detail, lovely colour and composition. Bravo Giangiorgio.

I was going to suggest Botticelli, The Birth of Venus, but I see two other posters have beaten me to that thought.
Nice image, regardless.
Best, Peter.

I can feel the force of the current - hope the bridge survived. Great photo.

Ha! You're a mind reader, Elaine. For a while I toyed with a caption involving smartphones. I got many caption suggestions (principally on Facebook) for the other photos in the series, this one was harder. Captions or no, glad you enjoyed it. Thank you.

Ooo! I like this, Elaine.
Best, Peter.
