The composition is great. This shot has a lot to look at without being too busy. I would also suggest a little higher contrast to fix the image scan a little, this will bring out the colors just a little.

Very crisp shot. I really like the mix of clouds and deep blue in the sky. Any more of the belltower?

Nice shot. Nice rich color and crisp focus. Don't know if it is my monitor or the jpg compression - I am seeing lots of streak marks in the sky.
-
Nice colors on the shot, but the dark sky is too large on top. Would work better with the top 1/3 - 1/2 cropped off. I do like the little tree in the shot. Looks like Charlie Brown's christmas tree.

This is one of my first shots. Let me know what you think (I try to
visit folders of all who share comments.) Thanks!

I like it. It is vibrant.

I like this shot, just think it would be better in color.

This hsot draws me in, but I'm not sure why. The lighting inside the archway captures attention, but is also distracting at the same time. I would like to see a more focused shot - maybe cropped on the arches or front wall. A little too busy.

I like the perspective. Looks like this hall goes on forever - Nice DOF.

The grainy feeling to this shot works well. This shot could also work well cropped around church and large tree. Nice job.
-
Cool perspective.

Fun subject but it doesn't grab my attention with the color, lines or shadows.

Let me know what you think. Thanks!

How did you get so close? It is tough to get that close to elk.

I really like this photo. There are few things that stick out right away.
The depth is great. Some shots have a flat feeling, while I can reach right into this one. The multiple light sources also hits me - particularily coming from the hallways. The water flowing through the middle also grabbed my attention. The reflection very closely matches the color of the sky. This gives the illusion that the buildings are floating on platforms. Like the sky city in Starwars.
I would guess you would pass this area by every evening thinking about how exactly you capture this scene. Excellent job.
PS I also enjoyed the comentary on Blue Gate at the Door. I like seeing some good discussion of the shots. Some people just leave rude remarks. It is refreshing to see constructive critisism.

Nice crisp shot. The night time shots can be very difficult.
-
Interesting perspective.

The refletion looks cool because of the curves. What was your exposure to get everything lit up?
-
Your sky is great. Nice shot.

Great shot. I'm always looking for ways to improve my night shots - how do you expose your night shots? Large Opening/Short Time or Small Opening/Long Time? Any ideas on the exposure for this one?

Stunning

I like the contrast on this photo. The stark black on white gives the feeling it is really cold outside. Would like to see this shot in full bloom also. Maybe a border on the bottom to give the shot a sense of where it ends. Nice Job!

Sweet Sassy Molasses those things are cool looking. I haven't had a nice closeup look of a grasshopper since I was a little guy playing in the dirt. Nice Job it is very crisp.

I really like this folder. The photos have wonderful color and texture! This shot is my favorite.
