This is great, but would be much stronger if you cropped the white flag completely out of the photo keeping the attention completely on the divers.

This photo is great. I love it. The light, the comp the controlled background everything works, His gesture speaks loudly about who he is and gives purpose and meaning for the photo.

This is an interesting photo. The light and the tone are nice. I think the arm and the bottle are a bit to dominant though making the shot about the bottle and not about him. I guess it's all about what you are trying to say.

I like this shot. His gesture adds a nice feeling of waiting, growing old, contemplation... I like it.

I think everything above the water is distracting. He is the reason for the photo and there is beauty in simplicity.

The green bacvkground behind the frog is great! The out of focus foreground is a distraction. Crop up to the beginning of the frog and keep all the attention on that expression and great background IMO.
