how could that picture be improved ? well.. I like your picture like it is but may be the plant on the left distracts a bit. Also, I thing the contrast between passerbys people and empty tables/chairs is nice ; may be this contrast might habe been "improved" if there had been a more clear cut separation between people and tables/chairs. see what I mean ?

very powerful - agreed with the "alone & afraid" comment - some trees look like humanoid shapes - one hiding behind a "normal" tree - very very interesting - what were your feelings about this scene when you shot it ??

has the image been digitally manipulated (PS) ? I'm asking because the bokeh looks weird (or may because of your macro filter on a 4.5 zoom lens ?)

interesting but something's missing - may be because the whole body is 'behind' - a mix of behind/foreground would have made the image stronger - also the horizontal line on the head distracts very much
