Well balanced exposure, nice tonal range, sharp, as we would expect from that Leica. A good documentary shot in a series. I find that the strap on the drum draws the eye up to that man and then across to the guy facing the camera. The concept is good, we need young people to carry on traditons. I probably would have shot the boy from his eye level and made the other two less important in the frame. Another option is to crop tight on the boy and the drum, leave the drumstick in tho.(just my opinion of course.) Nice shot!

I thought about your cropping (young boy + drum + stick) but I wanted to keep the triangle (made of the 3 different faces/gazes). But I think I'll try this cropping anyway sometimes. Boy at eye-level : I'm not sure... I like his very defiant look althought we are "above" him.
