Moon eclipse sequence. Last night 2019-07-16 there was a partial moon eclipse. I photographed at intervals the sequence with Sigma supertele 300-800mm, Nikon D500, f / 6.3, 1 / 500sec, ISO 320. Thanks for your comments

A delightful artistic interpretation of the astronomical event, Giangiorgio! I looked once again the total eclipse from 2018.07.07 in your performance. You are a great master! I agree with Pierre about the Art Gallery. Bravo! Sincerely, Tatiana

Giangiorgio, very nice work. Here we had to much clouds so we couldn't see anything. Best regards, Franz

Giangiorgio, I thought after several views of this image that I had nothing to say that wouldn't duplicate the previous comments. But I decided to give it a try anyway. Aside from the image's appearance, its concept required extraordinary artistry, creativity, and skill. There's no doubt about its originality. Starting with the full moon in the top right, the rest of the phases lead the viewer's eye to the statue in the bottom left. Finally, I see the moon phases and the structure as equal partners; each contributes to the image in its own way. - - My best always, michael - - CIAO!

Hi Giangiorgio,

simply wonderfully captured and framed with a suitable facade, that of an fine arts gallery/museum. You really have great photographic skills, chapeau! Kind regards, Vincent

Simply spectacular! Masterfully done, and impressive is your command of technical details, which in this complex image come forth effortlessly. Giving the eclipse a context (with the building's facade), that is, an "Earthly" perspective of where we - as humans - stand. Bravísimo!
