michaellinder 16,612 Posted August 17, 2018 Giangiorgio, I chose this image out of the two you recently posted primarily because of its greater complexity. (By no means does this mean that it's better than the other.) What I find most fascinating about it is the possibility that it might have been the result of using time-lapse to capture the landing of a single bird. There's a contrast between the silhouetted birds plus their shadows and the hints of white water as they enter the golden area of water, which is sharply detailed. Out standing composition and perspective! - - Regards, michael Link to comment

tai 3 Posted August 18, 2018 I'm glad to see your amazing flamingo photos again, Giangiorgio! Delightful composition and colors. An incredibly beautiful sequence of poses illustrating the details of the landing. This image seemed funny to me. The position of the bird's legs and wings in the middle of the landing process (5 poses) shows the cancan dance poses. You are like Toulouse Lautrec! Congratulations! Sincerely, Tatiana Link to comment
setsail728 15 Posted August 18, 2018 Superb image!! The artistry of capturing the graceful landing of the birds, the silhouette effect presentation, the copper tone of the water and its texture are masterfully done!! It just doesn't get any better!!! Bravissimo!! Link to comment

Grazie Link to comment
