Enclosed Fern

A smattering of nature appears, in spite of attempts by people to keep it out.  Interesting textural variety.

This is a very simple yet powerful image where the rectangular spaces enclose the organic shape. I can imagine this as a lure for the free outside world for a solitary prisoner enclosed in an empty cell. The fern on the glass window gives a glimpse of freedom, but the crosswire patterns remind him that it is still very far away.

Subtle and classy semi abstract on an incarcerated fern. Full mark for creativity and style.

I've read all the other comments and I was almost NOT going to say what 'I see'.  But here goes and maybe I should get my hormones checked before commenting !!  But I see the fern as a female 'arm' - fragile and gentle - as if lost in abandon - it only makes distinct contact on the 'shower door' really in one small area - I see the lovely shades of green and blues and greys that are on the other side of the fogged glass and wonder just what 'form' it's 'lover' inhabits?  (I feel rather crazed with this impression but can't shake it-maybe I just need to cover myself in Yam and I'll be fine tomorrow!)
