Sometime in soft clouds condition halos creates nice refraction phenomenon like this one,in plus here can be seen this huge large icy space that enhances this light effect.I like too how is composed with sun in right corner and contrast with left one.

Thank you for the kind analysis.I have the polarizer on this WA lense and it contibuted to the cloud definition and to that darkened area at the left of the frame.

Thank you kindly.I was hoping for the wind to push this cloud to the left so I could seize it out of the direct sun,but my freezing fingers told me to do it there and then;the cloud was dense enough to filter the sun into this glare.Glad you like!
