vincentoiseau 83 Posted December 21, 2021 Hi Giangiorgio, even birds with a lot of elegance like (the) sa genti arrubia must scratch their heads from time to time, which you have captured with a lot of skill and placed against a beautiful black background, putting all the emphasis on the bird and its reflection. I also like the composition. Kind regards, Vincent Link to comment
Giangiorgio Crisponi 498 Posted December 22, 2021 Vincent, thank you very much for your appreciation and great commentary of my photo, I was very pleased with the reference to sa genti arrubia (the red people) as we call these beautiful birds in Sardinia, ciao Giangiorgio Link to comment

michaellinder 16,613 Posted December 23, 2021 Giangiorgio, Vincent is probably correct in his observation that the flamingo was scratching its head, causing slight ripples in its reflection. Since I have no other explanation for them, I accept his observation. Otherwise, the usual technical elements - composition, POV, color, lighting, and detail - are spot on. However, technical acumen alone was't responsible for this photograph. Your love of nature, coupled with. your indefinable artistic sense, were equally as responsible. - - My best always, michael - - - Ciao! Link to comment

sgavardi 204 Posted December 25, 2021 Questa foto è bella, anzi bellissima. Link to comment
