Wayne...Thank you kindly!With the relatively mild/clement winter we have had,the ice sheet is not that impressive;this odd piece floated in with the tide and got conveniently stranded on the beach right in front of the lighthouse...all I had to do was to get behind it,make sure the water was not deeper than my boots and seize this peek-a-boo shot.Glad you like!Merci et salutations-Laurent

Giangiorgio...This big piece of ice sheet must have been floating for some time and got its edges smoothed out by the splashing waves.Now that you mention it,its appearance is somewhat similar to a cloud....maybe I should have titled it ''Above the iced up clouds'':I will!Merci et salutations-Laurent
