vincentoiseau 83 Posted November 20, 2019 Hi Aygun, I like this photo that shows people of different walks and stages of life; a nun reading in the foreground, a newly married couple being photographed and a granddad with his granddaughter. You have found an appealing composition to serve as a background, with beautiful colors. A minor issue is the horizon that isn't completely straight, but that's hardly noticeable. Good photo! Kind regards, Vincent Link to comment
aygun 2 Posted November 21, 2019 Hello. @Vincent Oiseau, thank you for valuable comment and explaination. Did you meant horizon, which is noticeable in the top left corner of the image? When I tried to fix both sides: right and left, I had a problem with them. I thought, if I fixed horizon according to the left side of the photo, then right side would be up. At the result I left the photo as it was Link to comment
vincentoiseau 83 Posted November 23, 2019 Hi Aygun, if you rotate the picture 1.5 degrees to the left, the horizon looks fine on both sides. Nice to see your picture in the top trending photos! Kind regards, Vincent Link to comment
Giangiorgio Crisponi 486 Posted November 24, 2019 A very beautiful image that reminds me of the paintings of the French painter Georges Seurat. I like the contrast between the nun in the foreground who for religion has renounced marriage and the bride in the background who celebrates marriage Link to comment
aygun 2 Posted November 25, 2019 Giangiorgio Crispony, how beautiful examples! Thank you for precious thoughts! Link to comment
Doug Obert 339 Posted December 6, 2019 Hi Aygun, First I want to thank you for visiting my portfolio! I've spent some time looking at your photos and reading the comments. One thing that is obvious, is that your composition ( whether natural or learned) is quite good. Vincent Oiseau has given you very good advice on at least a couple of your photos, so there's no need to repeat it here. Keep shooting and learn from both your successes and failures! I look forward to seeing more from you! Link to comment

Wayne Sadler 594 Posted February 7, 2020 Great capture of the spiritual - a nun engulfed in the most spiritual aura, violet. My eye crops this image to focus more intently on the colors of the habit and flowers. My eye shamefully crops out the wedding party and the horizon line in question. Link to comment
aygun 2 Posted February 10, 2020 Thank you for your valuable thoughts, @Wayne Sadler. When I took this image, I wanted to show people in different stage how involved in one point: these might be belief to live, to wish, to create and so on. In another hand, a nun prays in the church and a couple refers to the church, when they get married. The church involved people in one point: love, respect, understanding. etw. I corrected horizon line, but I could not install it here again. :) Link to comment
teckel 0 Posted March 10, 2021 I like your composition on this very much. It reminds me of Monet and Seurat. Very Nice! Link to comment
