If each square were presented in complementary warm colors, I'd think I was viewing a very small section of building that represents Moorish architecture. Since the image is monochrome, I shall have to concentrate on the black, gray, and white tones as well as the geometry . Indeed, I wonder, Tatiana, whether you created the lace areas by means of fractal software. The lace is mesmerizing to the extent it could be used as a meditative aid. Amazing, simply amazing . . . with this image you're presenting yourself even more as the graphic artist you are (becoming). The two opposing lace pictures are intricate and appealing, but not only in a photographical way, which holds true for a lot of your pictures. I agree with Michael on the meditative qualities of these two halves, they're like yin and yang (or vice versa). Flawlessly conceived and executed! Kind regards, Vincent
