michaellinder 16,612 Posted August 27, 2019 Giangiorgio, sadly I didn't have the time to comment on the entire series, so I arbitrarily selected this image. Perhaps it was due to its having the least number of comments. It appears the egret's hunt has been successful, at least at the time you clicked the shutter; it's managed to catch a grub. The image presents the hunt in much more livelier a fashion, given the bird's wings being spread wide and the trail of water drops. I don't know whether the bird is standing on a very shallow spot, but it's darkness contrasts well with the brighter blue of the water. Finally I'm very impressed with the hint of reflects along the shoreline in the background. Outstanding! --My best always, michael --Ciao! Link to comment
