This image is a snapshot taken at a family reunion. To separate it from the

background, I added a texture and vignette. Your comments will be appreciated!

Exquisite work - Perfect composition and mood - max.

Maybe the eyes of your Madonna are too perfectly processed, like in modern commercial shots. Maybe I would like to see a brighter left hand. But excellent work!

There no processing method in this world to give that happiness look in her eyes. I feel that the look comes (or should i say pours) out from her soul and that makes your image a great one.

Keep on shooting.

Rosario.  It may have started as a snapshot but it ended up as a beautiful soulful portrait.  I like the post processing.  The vignetting was a good choice and I like what you did with the background.  But what really makes this special is the moment.  You timed it perfectly and that is everything.  Lovely job.  Dana...

Michail, I want to thank you for those words so beautiful.  The mum is my niece Claudia, with her first daughter, she is so happy and so proud.

Thanks Bill, I'm glad you like this picture.

Cara Rosario, complimenti per questa bellissima foto, un'immagine senza fine e senza tempo...una mamma con bambino, una tenerezza che, purtroppo, non tutti i bambini hanno vissuto.

your Niece's happiness is expressed so beautifully on her face. I imagine it is natural light that illuminates her face-Beautiful! Her little girls sleeps so contentedly in her arms. Your choice of texture and vignette works so well in this composition Rosario. I recall these moments with my own children when they were this age, nothing like these times when their tummies are full, they feel protected and at peace in your arms. Lovely work Rosario!

An excellent portrait of the two of them.  For me, the bonus is that you've presented it in B&W.  Baby couldn't appear more relaxed and comfortable, and Mom seems to be well into her comfort zone.  Sharpness is properly on Mom's eyes as this area is the one to which the viewer is going to be attracted most, with visual excursions back & forth to baby. The light is soft but directional enough to reveal shapes & textures throughout.  A candidate for display for sure.  You hit the sweet spot with this offering.  Best, LM.

Hi Gail. You're right, it was natural light coming from a window. I also remember the times when my children were young, sweet times those which will not return, but remain in our memory forever. Thank you very much for your beautiful words.

Hello Len. You have made a good analysis of the image ... I really appreciate this, and your kind comments. Thanks a lot!

Warm Regards,

Rosario.

This is a gallery image with global attraction to all lovers of mother daughter relationships, that to me is the core of all others! The mother's expression is priceless and the babies comfort is obvious. Time will tell the kind of relationship they will develop, however this wonderful connection will last for ever! Thank you for sharing such an emotional image my friend.

Incredible imagery...the emotional impact of the subject matter alone is over the top, but to have captured the moment of the mother's glance with so much love in her eyes....wow!

A cliché, one  my say, but,  it  is  done  in a way, it  is special  and  very  god,  also, not  only nice. You are talented.

Cheers.
