I really like the offset composition with the stairs leading away to the left, and the soft lighting and subdued colours.  Great detail and perspective control also.

Well exposed and composed image but it is the stairs, the stair and that incredible depth of field obtained at f/3 that blow me away. Are you doing some kind of Chinese arithmetic hyper-focal calculation, ha, ha. All jokes aside, this is excellent work, deserving no less than 7 on uniqueness alone.  Congrats, Frederick.
