A classic image, but very nicely composed. Very interesting the different planes you have created with birds on the air, the ground, and the different"stages" in the land, sea, sun,  sky. Really a great composition.

Excellent sunset and nice capture with the birds on the shore and in flight ... particularly like the golden reflection of the sun in the foreground!

What a magnificent spectacle, it must have been quite something to be in such close proximity and hear the sounds of the birds and rush of the oncoming waves.  Your image conveys all this beautifully!

Compliments & Best Regards

Pierre, You made me smile! Seeing this picture reminded me of the movie, "The Birds" by Alfred Hitchcok. (hence the title), but being there, the birds are a pleasant company. Thank you very much!

Rosario,  Wow, this is a sight to behold.  The large throng of birds is amazing. Your exposure and colors are excellent, and you have captured the sun without blowout. The pastel color and water add nice mood.  You may want to add more sharpness here.  Wheter you do will depend on how you want to present the birds.  I offer a sharpened example just to raise the question.  Wonderful image!   Larry

You are very kind, Larry. Yes,  I like your version, though it is a bit small to see details. I tried to give more sharpness, but doing it, some white halos appeared around the birds, so I finally just gave it  a bit of sharpness. Thank you very much for your kind comments.

Regards,

Rosario.

I think it is more interesting so, the birds which fly and those which not.

Great composition with the sunset (or sunrise) light and the silhouettes!
