Great B&W with a good range of tones. I would remove the light spots above and to the right of the tramway.

I would not remove the spots - there is enough detail to give some depth, imo. LOVE the lighting - gives a very forboding look to this one, Walter.

Textures in arch to the left very interesting!  Fencing what for?  Eyes want to see more of Euclid Public SQ 1223.  Tease me...  Great photograph!  Love the shadows.
