Another capture from one of my favorite "haunts".

Liz, a great image with the crystal clear reflections on the still water. I like the way you composed it with the cluster of light trunked trees placed to the left and the bits of reed in the foreground. I like the color tones with the reddish and green tones. 

The tones and colours are amazing for this interesting place. I like the atmosphere, we can hear silence. Great reflection, beautiful picture.

The pale reflected trunks makes for a mystical kind of image. The dark depths of the swamp to be wondered at.

A dark and mysterious image Liz. A lot of times reflection shots just aren't that interesting once you see them on screen, but this one is good.

One bee for your bonnet: Cropping some from the bottom would emphesize the woods more.

Reflection makes this image to look very interesting,I like the symetry well seen here,best regards.

Thank you all for your input. Tom, I felt like I shouldn't crop out the bottom more because there some interesting parts in the scene.

The large view is spectacular ! It looks a very earie and silent place , I bet you could hear a pin drop ! A really beautiful picture , I can see this as a framed print on the wall , it would start many conversations ! Bill

Interesting atmosphere...deep... a little dark and mysterious ... very nice, clear light!

 

A really beautiful scene of this wetland. The reflection of the bright tree trunks make the scene interesting and the dark water and atmosphere give more drama to the landscape. Best regards, Liz
