Missing rating

I am missing a rating.<br> I rated an image <a

href="http://www.photo.net/photodb/ratings_breakdown?

photo_id=2109562">Goosenecks</a> and usually the rating appears

almost immediately. In this case it has been a day or two and still

no appearance. <br>I re-rated it and the response is "You have

allready rated this image".<p> My fear is that others (myself

I've encountered this myself before a few times, and, despite also posting in this forum, never received an answer.

perhaps the answer to this riddle lies in the incidence that, when a photo is in the request for critique queue, any rates it otherwise receives directly "on its page" do not get immediately recorded because rates transacting in the critique queue take or require temporal precedence, but soon after, those non-queue rates get recorded... what say you, Brian?

I think i experienced this problem before... correct me if im wrong but this happens when you are rating not from the gallery but from the secuence photo system where you rate or comment not in the photo page it self. Where you have the option to submit the rating or comment or the option to skip this photo.

Well happened to me that when i skip the photo somehow the system saves some flag that i did already rated the picture so if i want later to rate it, the systems tells me hey dude you already rate this picure with /7 and /7 or sometimes with rates i gave to another photo?

 

... but so far only happened to me in that form or fashion.
