PN slow?

I find it's near glacial, off and on, over the last few months, a chronic situation. Unified Forum, in particular. My usual strategy is to open it's links in new window, to avoid having to reload U.F. each time.

I'm used to it, and really don't want to gripe, not being a member. This is definitely my favourite site on the net!

PN Slowness is really an issue. They have become so popular that they are their own worse enemy. I get so frustrated with not being able to respond to people's reviews and ratings in a polite and timely manner. I have a finite amount of time each day and I don't have the time to be wasting waiting for PN to open a requested page. I believe that on average, I spend more time waiting for PN page updates than I actually spend commenting, rating, etc. BTW, as a comparison, I am running a DS-3 (45mb) on my end and it is still maddening slow! The bottleneck, ladies and gentlemen, is PN, not your end.
