Mike Gammill
Greetings, all, and welcome to our new thread. Post all the images you like from any film camera. I'll start with some shots from a roll of Pan F+ that I processed and scanned earlier in the week. Film was processed in HC110 dilution H. Camera was a Konica TCX with Hexanon 40mm f1.8. Couple with their dog.

Mike Gammill
Sadly, this may be the last roll of film in the TCX as it jammed up after frame 12. I'll keep working on it. Continuing with this roll: sunlight and shadows at fast food restaurant.

bruce_z._li2
I recently bought a roll of Harman Phoenix 200, the newest color negative film, to try out. Also it was my third attempt to gel with Rollei 35 TE (I still prefer other compact 35mm cameras due to ergonomics, but the quality is definitely there). Bellini C41 home developed and scanned on Nikon Coolscan V. First the contact sheet: you can see it is not your garden variety color negative film. The base has a strong purple tint, and the images are very contrasty.

How do you find the economics of C 41 development? Bravo. Harman Phoenix 200 is entirely new film emulsion, that Harman newly developed and manufactured in their UK factory. They made a big fuss about it a few months back, with insider story type of videos. This is from the first test run, so in theory they could further improve it. Developing C41 at home, costs slightly less than labs for 35mm and 120 roll films. Bellini C41 kit is about $55 (including shipping) per 16 rolls. So far the results have been quite consistently good for me, on par with commercial labs. And I can make sure there is no dust or scratches. In addition, the only economic ways to do C41 and E6 for large format (4x5) is home processing. Thus I have quality, versality and convenience at reasonable costs. C41 is simpler than E6 and not fussy, the only critical part is the temperature and time for color developer.
