Mike Gammill
Greetings, all, and welcome to our new thread. Post all the images you like from any film camera. I'll start with a few from a roll of Ilford HP5+ that I processed and scanned earlier in the week. Camera was a Minolta SRT 101 with MD 35-70 f 3.5. These photos were taken at West Point's Annual Prairie Arts Festival. First a view looking down Commerce St. 6

bruce_z._li2
I went to Kohl Mansion to test out the brand new Lomo LC-A 120 camera. Film was Ilford FP4+, developed in F76+ 1+9. It is the last bottom bit of F76+ which has turned yellow. Seems almost time to start Adox FX-39 II following Rick Drawbridge's instructions. bruce_z._li2
Hi Rick @Rick_van_Nooij, I really like the first photo of three officers: it felt realistically historical. I guess the subject matter, your choice of the format (4x5) and the equipment (Combat Graphics, 127mm Ektar lens) all comes together to produce a retro feeling image. Well done!

Thanks, There is a bit of a light leak or stray light hitting the center of the image that I'm not particularly happy with myself. The downside of using 80-100 year-old film holders, there are bound to be some worn out seals. 14 hours ago, chuck_foreman1 said: @RickN ...Ditto what Bruce said; That first trio looked as real as it gets.. waiting for the caption 1944 Belgium 1st division etc (ranks and mens names) . chuck_foreman1
Greetings, the busy bee (me) has pics from back in July.. I'm shooting with the Yashica FX1. A queer hybrid. It is battery dependent, if you can find the battery; incorporated in the rewind top assembly. If it is set to "AUTO" , when actuated by the shutter release, a very bright swing needle with delineated SS appears to the right in the viewfinder, se. Adjust the aperture to the desired speed, click. Otherwise manaul, no meter at all! IIRC I had a wide (Soligor 24mm) and the Planar 1.4. APX100 D76 1:1 Epson 500 ie... the usual sloppy dirty stuff! It was in great shape when I bought it, but then, in an accident (see far right bulkhead) A little dent Grrrr A few Cafe's in the Altstadt next to the SchiffahrtMuseum Part of a monument representing the founding of the city and the Medival struggle that brought it about. rick_drawbridge
Here are some from the Ricoh Diacord L I pictured in the "What camera..." thread. The lens is a Rikenon 80mm f/3.5, and in my opinion it's a worthy companion to the Tessars and Yashinons of similar TLR cameras of the era. The film was Kentmere 400 developed in PMK Pyro. I'm heading off into the wilderness for about 10 days, so I'll catch up with the forum again when I return. @The Pukemanu 26 Ebike Elements #143 Highway I Site
SCL
Mike & Rick. Nice photos. I've owned both cameras and still own the Diacord. Sold the FX-1 but still occasionally use a FR-1. Rick I hope to see pix from your journey into the wilderness.
