I'm pretty sure the 'picture' being referred to here is a full length motion picture, Scorsese's claim to fame. Folks in the film industry do refer to their work simply as a 'picture.' The segment at 1:06 suggests this is an ad for American Express at the Tribeca Film Festival. Fortunately, we didn't have to re-do the party like Scorsese.
