This appears to be a bar code reader lens or some type of a scanner/product identification lens. It looks to be unused except for a nick in the finish of the front lens housing. f/stops from 2.8 to 16. The threaded mount is appx. 19mm in diameter. The flange focus is about ½ inch. Overall length is 5 inches, 1.25 inch diameter.
