jamie_robertson2
Hi, If you own a Nikon D780, please could you tell me the EXACT size of the screen in millimetres? (The area that would normally be covered by a screen protector). I am designing a new product and need these dimensions. Thank you.
mike_halliwell
AFAIK, it's the same screen as the D500 and D850. Anyway, they all take the same size screen protector! There's a slight recess, ie the screen is very, very slightly lower than the black bezel. That 'sunken' size is 50.9mm x 67.1mm.

chulster
I think it must be a film back, using the rear LCD to expose the film! But why only for the D780?
mike_halliwell
or a clip on version of that old 00's chestnut the Zigview, or rather the camera trigger part that analyses the image for movement and fires if movement is detected.
