rick_drawbridge
Very nice Rick. . .must have been the Pink Floyd tag on the trailer that caught your eye ! Please tell us what gastronomic delite is the whitebait / whitebait fritters? Any major emulsion problems with the new batch of EDU? Aloha, Bill Thanks Bill; whitebait are the juvenile form of several native fish species, about 1 1/2 inches long, worm-like and more or less transparent. They are mixed in a seasoned batter and quickly pan-fried, and they're considered a national delicacy. I personally find them a little bland, but I could be deported for saying that... Yes, this batch of the Arista 100 seems to have far fewer emulsion flaws and somehow seems to have a less obvious grain. I'm actually finding more flaws in my current roll of FP4!
