<p>And last one. This is a variegated fritillary. Not uncommon but the first one I've seen. It was hanging around the violets, which are the host plant, so I'm hoping to find some caterpillars in the spring.<br>

<p>Nu butterflies here, haven't seen any this year. So just a flower.<br>

Haven't photographed much this week, taken more with the iphone than with the camera.<br>

Did go to the Frans Lanting expo at the Fotomuseum in Rotterdam yesterday.<br>

Nice to see the photo's you know from Nat Geo and Outdoor Photographer on big size..<br>

If the weather clears up i'll fill up to 3 pix.. it's raining now.. and i should be painting the house.</p>

<p>Here are some shots taken at last weekend's polo tournament at Sandhurst.<br />The first two are being used by the British Army Polo Team for their social media and are among the images provided to Polo Times. The final shot was just some nice light in the pony lines. <br />The first two were taken with a 7D2+100-400 and the last shot was taken with a 5D3+24-70/4.<br>
