<p>Purchased the AF-S 300/4E PF and put it through its paces - unfortunately, it turned out to display the dreaded VR misbehavior on the D810 (despite the firmware update) as well as being outside the AF fine tune parameter range on the D7100. Returned, hoping to find a decent copy someday.</p>
