ruslan
Why are those clips for the belt?!
Why are that protection against scratches made by the metal hardware?
Why aren't they making it like with K-50, K-30 and top notch Canon EOS1 series?
I hate those clips.
If they make them why not provide them with plastic protective coverage installed in the factory like Olympus do?

ruslan
Harry, I am speaking about those triangle metal clips for neckstrap. Why are they using that method? Why not use it like it is done with K-50, or Canon EOS-1 series without those ugly metal parts?

http://www.imaging-resource.com/PRODS/K5/ZURTOP-S.JPG

ruslan
The socket (and the clip) with K-5 and K-3 sticks into the hand, near my index finger, it is so strange decision.
andrewg_ny
While it's not clear to me why Pentax has done this for flagship models (MZ-S had similar strap lugs), it doesn't cause me much trouble. The D-Rings can make noise, though the leather bits can quiet this. Maybe the D-Rings are considered more versatile?

Not sure how you're holding it -- I think there's adequate clearance.
