JDMvW Posted November 20, 2014 Share Posted November 20, 2014
I have found over the years that the camouflage schemes on military vehicles at their facilities have been a useful guide to expected upcoming military operations.
The dominant scheme over all was desert brown, but there were also jungle camouflage schemes too.

in transition, or multiple actions in the future?

Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Dave410 Posted November 20, 2014 Share Posted November 20, 2014
It's that time of year again. The time of year when the big bucks come down from the mountains and roam through my neighborhood. This guy has been hanging out behind the condo for the last few days and I pulled out my camera just as a light snow was beginning to fall.

Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

pjmeade Posted November 20, 2014 Share Posted November 20, 2014
In my part of the UK, we haven't seen much of the sun recently, so it was a real treat to get out for a walk along the Thames this week. The heavy rain the night before had cleaned the air and provided some beautiful light.
These shots were taken at Cliveden using a 5D2+24-105.
<a title="Cliveden Reach by Pete Meade, on Flickr" href=" src="https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7488/15604101750_454711c95b_b.jpg" alt="Cliveden Reach" width="800" height="533" />
<a title="Cliveden Reach by Pete Meade, on Flickr" href=" src="https://farm6.staticflickr.com/5607/15765258776_38a81f1903_b.jpg" alt="Cliveden Reach" width="800" height="533" />
<a title="Cliveden Reach by Pete Meade, on Flickr" href=" src="https://farm9.staticflickr.com/8416/15765258526_681b6e0227_b.jpg" alt="Cliveden Reach" width="800" height="533" />
Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Charles_Sumner Posted November 20, 2014 Share Posted November 20, 2014
My grandsons school promotes the GoFar running program (Go out For a run). This young fellow is rounding the last corner headed to the finish. He is an early finisher with a high starting number. After 5K his speed is impressive! Please excuse the technical qualities, the photographer was freezing!

Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
