<p>I saw that the other day. Great concept marred by indifferent execution. On the one hand, the alignment of old and new photos is better than some similar old/new photo projects I've seen elsewhere. On the other hand, the b&w and color portions appear to have been separated by simply overlaying the two and hastily applying an eraser brush.</p>

<p>Nice idea, but I agree with Lex about the execution and for the most part I don't see enough of the present day images to make it worthwhile. The old images seem interesting enough on their own without a tiny bit of color or a bit of the building to indicate the present day view.</p>
