Need a new printer.

<p>Question, for expert please. I'm in need a new printer. Please recommend me a desktop printer, the best for B&W especially. Presently, I own an Epson stylus PHOTO 2200 The biggest print I printing is a 11x17" paper. Thank you for your advise. I prefer Epson. </p>

<p>Epson 3880 if you don't care about roll printing. The bigger ink cart's will save you over time.</p>

<p>Another vote for the Epson 3880. Great pigmented ink (not dye), great longevity, and I can go months without printing and don't experience clogging (though it's not recommended).</p>

<p>For me if i need something large than 11x17 I will send it out to be printed, for me its cheaper to send it out<br>

than buy a printer that goes beyond 11x17, also if you want B&W try the Epson 2400 printer it has three blacks<br>

the 2200 has only two.</p>
