richard_small5
OK, in a fit of stupidity, I am now without a home B&W darkroom which I have had for over 40 years (I know..DUMB), well I still have my old Yashica TLR and a dozen rolls of film and wish to shoot a roll or two, have it processed and printed. Does anyone here use a mail order lab that does a decent job at a equally decent price. I live in Maine, but at this stage, time and distance is not a real matter. Thanks in advance folks!
Gary Naka
You can load the reels in a changing bag then develop in room light.
Printing will be the problem.
james_c1
Well I cant call you dumb because I also sold my photo enlarger due to hard times and a divorce that left me with no darkroom that I had just got done building.
The changing bag is good advice that’s what I now use. You can scan the negatives for computer monitor viewing. Pick the ones you like and send the negatives out for prints. It’s not the same as having your own darkroom but it gets the job done.
Here is a place that I use and like Praus Productions Inc. info@4photolab.com
Good luck

m_m3
North Coast Photo, and Precision Camera will develop and scan for about $20 a roll. Dwayne's will develop and print for $9. Walmart has the send out service for under $2.
john_calafut
Another vote for Praus Productions. Their darkroom prints are excellent for both B&W and color.
