Editorial Licensing examples?

<p>A license is a license. You can find examples in John Harrington's book "Best Business Practices for Photographers," the ASMP Publication "Business Practices for Professional Photography," and Tad Crawford's book "Business and Legal Forms for Photographers." The latter book has soft copies on a CD included w/ the book.<br>

The license just specifies Usage, Coverage, Duration, Fees, etc. There's no difference between a license for Editorial and a license for Commercial or Advertising usage, except how the usage is specified.<br>

<p>Have you looked at PLUS? It can help you design a licensing agreement. Might have to do a little homework on some of the definitions but I found it very helpful in creating my licenses. Check them out at:<br>
