Editorial Licensing examples?

<p>Are there any examples or templates available for Editorial Licensing of a few images I'm about to take for an organization? </p>

<p>A license is a license. You can find examples in John Harrington's book "Best Business Practices for Photographers," the ASMP Publication "Business Practices for Professional Photography," and Tad Crawford's book "Business and Legal Forms for Photographers." The latter book has soft copies on a CD included w/ the book.<br>

The license just specifies Usage, Coverage, Duration, Fees, etc. There's no difference between a license for Editorial and a license for Commercial or Advertising usage, except how the usage is specified.<br>

<p>I don't know of any online samples so can't help but do have a thought for you. If you find an online form do you know enough about IP law to know if it is valid/binding in your country/state or if there are any issues it should be addressing but isn't?</p>

<p>Have you looked at PLUS? It can help you design a licensing agreement. Might have to do a little homework on some of the definitions but I found it very helpful in creating my licenses. Check them out at:<br>
