LeTGiao_Gallery
I have recently acquired a Bell & Howell Canonet QL25. The battery for this particular camera is not the one PX625 used in other Canonets. I cannot find any information regarding this particular model (Bell & Howell). Please help me with battery type for this camera. Thank you.
andylynn
The manual for your camera can be found here: http://www.butkus.org/chinon/canon/canon_canonet_28/canon_canonet_28.htm

The battery is a type that contains mercury and is no longer available in the US and many other countries (if anybody even still makes it) but replacement options are all over this site and Google.
jamesmck
There is a user's manual here: http://www.cameramanuals.org/canon_pdf/canon_cannonet_ql2.5.pdf. The battery mentioned in the manual is Mallory RM-1R (mercury). The A1PX 1.5v alkaline is the same dimensions (http://store.batteryspecialists.com/a1px.html), but the meter may not be accurate due to voltage differences. [Andrew beat me to this.]

april_asturias
I know this is an old post, but did you ever find a manual for your QL 25? If not, I have an original one I can scan for you. Let me know!
